Scouts and Adult Leaders from Troop 91 along with students from Christ School in Asheville, NC, USA cleaned debris and tires from a segment of the Hominy Creek, a tributary to the French Broad River. Work was done in conjunction with RiverLink, a local non-profit spearheading the economic and environmental revitalization of the French Broad River for everyone to work, live and play.
99 Scouts and Students worked over 390 man-hours. They removed over 130 tires and a truck full of other trash. The project was dedicated to troop parent, Mrs. Robin Morrison, mother of scout Blake Allison.
